As an applicant, you must fulfil ONE of the following options:

Option 1: Property Investment

You must invest a minimum value of AED 1 million into UAE's real estate.
Applicants will get an investor visa for 2 years, renewable if investment is retained.

Residency visa can be extended to spouse, children and parents with same conditions. However, parents will be entitled to only a 1-year renewable visa.
